Bruce Dethlefsen was the Wisconsin Poet Laureate from 2010-2012. A retired educator and public library director living in Westfield, Dethlefsen has served as the Secretary for the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets. Twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Dethlefsen’s most recent poetry collection is Small Talk (Little Eagle Press). He was Wisconsin Poet Laureate in 2011-2012.
